The H.E.A.R.T. Project (Healing Empowerment and Resilience Together) Support Group

Our weekly virtual support group held every Thursday from 6:00-7:00PM offers a supportive environment for families who have experienced the loss of a loved one due to a substance use related cause and many other causes. Through the provision of tools and resources, we assist individuals in processing their grief and trauma, ultimately empowering them to find healing and meaning in their journey. Additionally, we offer guidance in navigating systems that may not always prioritize the unique needs of grieving families. Moreover, we recognize the importance of amplifying diverse voices and perspectives, which is why we extend a special invitation to dads on DADS SPEAK WEEK, to share their experiences the 3rd Thursday of every month. This initiative seeks to break barriers and ensure that all members feel seen and heard in their healing process. We warmly welcome mothers, fathers, siblings, and friends to join us in our mission of support and empowerment. Each week we discuss topics that uplift our members one beat at a time.
