Allyson Staggs is an Administrative Assistant at SADOD (www.sadod.org) and is a wearer of many hats within the organization. Her passion for helping others drives her to work harder to ensure those we serve receive the resources and support they need. Many years of working in the corporate world in fields that didn't resonate with her passion for care and her experience with substance use disorder within her family have provided her the drive to do what she does. With her English degree and knowledge of the educational system, she hopes to write fiction and non-fiction stories that will reshape how the world talks about and deals with grief. She is writing a fictional book that encapsulates everything that is grief and the journey it takes you on.
