Alix Maria Taulbee is a filmmaker, writer, actress, and communications content creation manager for SADOD. She began her journey in the entertainment industry at the young age of 8. She has worked in her creative endeavors in New York, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, and more. With over 20 years of experience in front and behind the camera, Alix has been interviewed in various editorial and live interviews, including live radio shows, reaching hundreds of thousands of listeners. Her extensive experience in film has allowed her to take on leadership roles in the marketing world and create marketing pieces that truly resonate with the targeted audience.

After losing her brother to an accidental OD in 2009 and her mother to cancer in 2022, Alix has made it a personal mission to let other siblings know they are not alone. She began writing the day her family had the intervention with her brother when she was only 11 years old, not realizing that was the beginning of a journey that would take a life of its own. Between screenplays about her journey with her brother and published short stories of different genres, Alix graduated Valedictorian from Full Sail University, earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing for Entertainment. Upon graduation, she also received Full Sail's prestigious Advanced Achievement Award, proving that the road less traveled really does make all the difference.
