We are a group of individuals bereaved by substance-use-related death who have turned our pain into purpose by providing support to other grieving people. Use this form to sign up to be contacted by a Peer Grief Support Specialist, who will connect with you to jointly develop a grief support plan tailored to meet your needs. This may include getting help from a Peer Grief Ally (ongoing one-on-one support), attending a grief support group, or learning about post-death resources.
